OTF is a boutique fitness studio franchise based in the USA, and franchised over 23 countries. Their workouts are a form of high-intensity interval training, alternating between short periods of intense exercise and long recovery periods over three stations. The design intent is to create a flow between the stations while  maintaining the franchise requirements.
